Description: Planned Parenthood of Arizona is advocating for its representatives to present sex education to students at Tempe Union High School District in Arizona. If the district decides to allow Planned Parenthood to exclusively teach sex education at the district’s schools, that could violate state law requiring that preference be given to childbirth and adoption, not abortion, in such education.
