La. terminates funding for Planned Parenthood due to scandals

The following quote may be attributed to Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Casey Mattox regarding a letter Louisiana sent to Planned Parenthood this week that explains that the state’s termination of funding for the abortion giant is based on its numerous scandals:

“Not one more penny should go to Planned Parenthood, a billion-dollar abortion dealer caught on camera negotiating the sale of hearts, lungs, and livers from aborted babies. Gov. Jindal and Louisiana have taken decisive action to treat Planned Parenthood like any other government contractor and stop tax funding for this ethically and legally challenged abortion business. Planned Parenthood has a long track record of covering up child sex trafficking, and even the Obama administration’s Department of Justice has accused it of waste, abuse, and potential fraud. Our tax dollars instead should fund local public health clinics, which exponentially outnumber Planned Parenthood locations and are not tainted by constant scandals and misdeeds. America doesn’t need Planned Parenthood.”
