Court halts abortion pill mandate for Mich. family business

Sebelius that stops enforcement of the Obama administration’s abortion pill mandate against the Michigan-based family-run business:
“All Americans, including family business owners, have the constitutionally protected freedom to live and do business according to their faith. The Obama administration has been attempting to deprive Americans of this cherished liberty. Today’s court order allows the DeVries family to continue to live consistently with their faith convictions until the courts decide whether to protect religious freedom for similar families and job creators who are also facing this mandate’s threats.”
