UPDATE (3/27/2012):  An ADF attorney was providing updates from outside the courtroom in similar fashion to others Tuesday. WASHINGTON — Alliance Defense Fund Senior Counsel Casey Mattox will be providing live Twitter updates from the ObamaCare oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday. The coverage will be provided from approximately 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. EDT with the possibility of some content being provided prior to that time.

ADF and allied legal organizations together filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the case, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services v. State of Florida, on behalf of numerous pro-life medical groups. The brief argues that Americans should not be compelled to pay for other people’s elective abortions as required by ObamaCare.

Launched in 1994, ADF employs a unique combination of strategy, training, funding, and litigation to protect and preserve religious liberty, the sanctity of life, marriage, and the family.
