Allowing men to invade women’s most intimate spaces—including changing rooms and restrooms—compromises their dignity. Forcing a woman to sleep overnight with a male against her will is not acceptable. SB 0468 ensures that the private spaces of women and girls at public universities, correctional facilities, and domestic violence shelters are not open to men. It rightly prioritizes privacy and safety over ideology. We commend Rep. Bulso, Sen. Bowling, and Gov. Lee for standing up for women and young girls across the state.”
