ADF considering appeal of ruling that keeps Pittsburgh censorship zones in place

Friday, Mar 6, 2015
The following quote may be attributed to Alliance Defending Freedom Litigation Counsel Elissa Graves regarding a federal court’s decision Friday in Bruni v. City of Pittsburgh to keep the city’s censorship zone law in place and partially dismiss the lawsuit against it despite a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that struck down a similar law in Massachusetts last year:

“Americans, including those who are pro-life, have the freedom to speak with whomever they please on public sidewalks. As the U.S. Supreme Court noted just last year, this freedom has been a foundational element in American life since the nation began. Because of this, we are considering appeal of the court’s decision, which allows enforcement of Pittsburgh’s unconstitutional censorship zones to continue.”
