ADF attorney, healthcare conscience clients to participate in House forum Friday

WHO:  Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Casey Mattox and others will join several ADF clients who have fought or are fighting in court to protect freedom of conscience for those who do not wish to perform or pay for elective abortions

WHAT:  House Energy and Commerce Committee Forum on Protecting Conscience Rights, to be led by Health Subcommittee Chairman Joseph Pitts, R-Pa.

WHEN:  Friday, July 8, at 9 a.m. EDT

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Participants will discuss the importance of preventing government discrimination against doctors, nurses, hospitals, and other health care entities who refuse to participate in abortions. Participants include the following:
